Finally, with the demobilization of the 400 security guards of the UNITA President, the demobilization of UNITA soldiers outlined in the Lusaka Protocol has been concluded. While the implementation of the Lusaka Protocol is also at its final stages, the completion of the so called “key to peace” represents an important step towards the conclusion of the Peace Process.
