The DW Documentation Center (CEDOC) located on DW’s premises in Luanda was created in 2001 with the aim of facilitating the collection, storage, access and dissemination of information on the country’s socio-economic development. Through monitoring DW’s projects, studies, surveys and other forms of information gathering, the Center stores a considerable amount of documents including reports, articles, maps and books.
The Center also has the mission of disseminating information through, among them, the Friday debate space in Luanda where everyone is invited to participate. Click here to receive invitations. For more information email cedoc.devworks@angonet.org
The information is archived in a physical library and an online database, and is available for consultation by interested parties. One of the Center’s main products is the press extract. This service monitors the national press and extracts articles categorized by topic.
