Demobilization of Underage Soldiers from Negage starts on 13 November after the process was stalled for 2 weeks due to problems on the ground with SEAR payment and security issues. The ODA/EU Sees and tools campaign coordinated by SCF(UK) utilizing WFP transport is almost completed with 90% of the imputs delivered to the provinces from the ports of Luanda and Lobito.
