Tim Hayward was in Luanda to participate in the Development Workshop – WaterAid week-long program-planning workshop. He represents Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP), a UK-based NGO . He spoke about WSUP’s experience and ways of working with local service providers in Africa and Asia. His presentation focused on the problems of “non-revenue water, the issue of “out-sourcing of the management of utilities” and the promotion of “dialogue between consumers and municipal service providers”.
