The report of USAID for the National Bank of Angola provides an analyses and review of the structure of real estate financing in Angola. The feasibility of developing a broader mortgage-based housing finance program is presented. Particular attention was paid to researching the feasibility, legal structure and the level of regulatory oversight necessary to advance the utilization of leasing operations for real estate transactions in Angola.
