Few who knew DW in the early 1980s — with just five staff and a focus on rural programmes in southern Angola — would recognise it today. Featured in this issue: 25 milestones point the way for Dw in Angola and with twenty five years of experience in Angola, DW Director Allan Cain reflects on new directions.
