Because of the current instability in the country with humanitarian corridors subjected to attacks and mines, relief agencies are only assisting approximately 50% of the over 100,000 confirmed new internally displaced person (IDPs). The lack of security is resulting in more and more limitation in the implementation of humanitarian activities.
